How long does it take for me to receive my order once it is placed online?
Unless stated otherwise most orders will ship within 7 business days of payment. Transit times can take up to 7 days depending on your location from our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
You can return all items bought from Blueazur within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Please package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and foam. This will help prevent damages back to us. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 20%. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied using a company check.

Delivery time is dependent on product availability and can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks. Please call us for more information regarding a product if you are concerned about shipping times.

What is Blue Azur product warranty?
Blueazur offers a 3 year limited parts warranty from the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover labor or shipping. Warranties are only valid if a licensed plumber/electrician performs the installation. Please note that installation by an unqualified person voids all warranties.

Cleaning and Maintenance: |
1. The steam bathroom should be cleaned with ordinary detergent, wet cloth and toothpaste. Please do not use a detergent containing acetone or formaldehyde.
2. If there is furring on the bathtub surface, simply clean the bathtub with lemon juice or vinegar.
3. In order to avoid damaging the surface, please do not use hardness and sharpness tools to curve the products.
4. Do not over clean the chrome plated spare parts, and do not clean the surface with chemical detergent or the chrome finish will be destroyed. It should be cleaned with a soft cloth only.
5. Check the water pipe regularly in order to avoid troubles from water pipes cracks or blockage.
6. If there is hair stuck inside the jets, simply twist the jets to remove it.
7. We suggest that you add a quality water filter in order to ensure optimal operation if your local water is not good.
8. Keep out from combustible goods that could be dangerous at 80°C in order to prevent fire disasters and potential damages.
9. Please hire a professional if the steam generator needs to be replaced.
10. If the bathtub has not been used for a long time, drain out the water and keep it in a dry and ventilated area. Avoid contact corrosive gas. |

Cleaning and Maintenance : |
1. The bathtub should be cleaned with ordinary detergent and a soft cloth. Please do not use a detergent containing acetone or ammonia. If there are marks or glue on the surface of the bathtub, just polish it with a soft cloth.
2. If there are scratches on the bathtub surface, please polish it with frosted paper and toothpaste.
3. If there is furring on the bathtub surface, simply clean the bathtub with lemon juice or vinegar.
4. Do not over clean the chrome plated spare parts, and do not clean the surface with chemical detergent or the chrome finish will be destroyed. It should be cleaned with a soft cloth only.
5. Check the water pipe regularly in order to avoid troubles from water pipes cracks or blockage.
6. If there is something like hair stuck inside the jets, simply twist the jets to remove it.
7. To clean the hydro-massage equipment: Fill with hot water (40°C), and 2g/L of detergent. Start the hydro-massage function for more than 5 minutes, then turn off the massage function and drain out the water. Next, fill with cold water and turn on the hydro-massage function for 3 minutes, then turn it off and drain out the water. Finally, dry the bathtub with a towel.
8. Filter should be cleaned once a week.
9. Keep out from combustible goods that could be dangerous at 80°C in order to prevent fire disasters and potential damages.
10. The bathtub should be transported carefully. Do not lay heavy things on it and do not bump or shake tub. If the bathtub has not been used for a long time, drain out the water and keep it in a dry and ventilated space. Avoid contact with corrosive gas. |
